  1. This only takes 5-8 minutes
  2. Put the almonds and some or all of the water into the blender. (You may need to add a little water at a time depending on your blender ...mine is happy with all the liquid in one go)
  3. Strain with a sieve or muslin cloth if you want just liquid milk. Otherwise leave the nut pulp/bits in and enjoy them too!
  4. If you do strain the milk then don't waste the nut paste. Use it in chutneys, currys etc
