Omega3 Rich Raw Curry/ Shak/ Sabji

Method

Raw Curry/ Shak/ Sabji

  1. Grate Butternut squash into a mixing bowl
  2. Add Finely slice beans to the mixing bowl
  3. Chop some tomatoes into the mixing bowl
  4. For the Curry Sauce blend the following items till smooth: avocado, tomato, chilli, linseed oil (about 1 tablespoon or less per person) with the spices (turmeric, rock salt, cumin seeds, corriander seeds and some garam masalo)
  5. Add the sauce to the cut vegetables in the mixing bowl

Side Salad

  1. Cube the cucumber into the salad bowl
  2. Open the sugarsnap peas to check no insects inside. If OK then slice and add to the salad bowl
  3. Finely slice the capsicum and add to the salad bowl
  4. Chop the tomato into the slad bowl
  5. Add lime juice to taste and mix the salad thoroughly
  6. Enjoy with the Raw Curry
