Raw Vegetable Curry (Shak/ Sabji)
- Sweetcorn
- Butternut squash
- Capsicum
- Avocado
- Lime juice
- Garam Masala
- Rock Salt
Sliced Vegetables
- Tomato
- Chayote
- Avocado
- Yellow Capsicum
- Grate the Butternut squash into a bowl
- Deseed the Sweetcorn into the mixing bowl
- Cube avocado and mix into the bowl
- Cover the mixture with lime juice, Garam masala and Rock salt
- Mix thoroughly and serve
- This simple cold shak was a hit with us!!
