  1. Prepare pomegranate seeds ready for use
  2. Deseed sweetcorn
  3. Dice/cube Cucumber & Coloured Capsicums
  4. Slice Baby Tomatoes into quarters
  5. Mix all of the ingredients in list above in a bowl
  6. Serve with Sweet Red Chutney and Hot Green Chutney or Petis / Idli
