Moksh Marg Prakashak - Illuminator of the Path of Liberation | Illuminator of the Path of Liberation by Pandit Shree Todarmalji written about 1750AD, is considered to be one of the most comprehensive and wide-ranging analysis of Jainism. This text provides an ANALYTICAL description of, the nature of unhappiness, its causes (believing self to be non-self, e.g. body, passions, etc.), identification of solution (understanding difference between self and non-self) followed by method of application of solution. Although the author, Pandit Todarmalji was a householder, his knowledge of Jainism was so comprehensive and detailed, while retaining focus, that he has been considered to be like an (as opposed to an actual) 'Acharya' (the highest form of ascetic), hence the term 'Acharyakalp'. This book is commended for anybody who wants to critically identify and correct their own short-comings in the field of self-realisation. The material has been translated into English and other modern languages from the original Dhundhari language. The Hindi & Gujarati versions of this shastra also include 4 appendices:

Samaysaar Pravachano summarised by Bahenshree Champaben and Pujya Shantaben parts 1-4 | When Pujya GurudevShree Kanjiswami gave pravachans on Shree Samaysaar for the sixth time these were summarised in text form. The unique aspect of these shastras is that parts 3 onwards were summarised by two samyagdrashti atmas, Pujya Bahenshree Champaben and Pujya Shantaben.
Normally when shastras are sanklit (summarised) the sanklankars writes down the parts they feel are significant and leave out parts that they feel are not necessary. This means that the sanklankar's opinion is present in the text. For this reason aksharas shastras are normally better. But not this time, as the sanklankars of parts 3 onwards are both samyagdrashtis their opinion is one that will guide us towards atmanubhuti. For this reason, these wonderful pravachans should be studied.
